About Me

My name is Arlie Holland, and I go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day, you need a professional that understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game.  During the past five years, I have been in the top 3% nationwide of Coldwell Banker sales agents.

I moved to the Lake Almanor Basin in 1978 and my husband and I raised our children in the wonderful town of Chester. I have always enjoyed this area and over the years have become very familiar with the community and surrounding areas.

I remain involved by serving as a member on the Chester/Lake Almanor Chamber of Commerce. I am also a director of The Seneca Foundation, a new non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to support and improve the overall quality of our healthcare environment.

I started in real estate in 1986. Making buying and selling a positive experience for everyone involved is my main goal. Let me welcome you to the beautiful Lake Almanor Basin.
